Pedestrianized since the 1980s, this neighborhood suffered severe damage in 2011, when a 6.3-magnitude earthquake caused facades and entire buildings to collapse.   Aftermath of temporary container Mall. Container and paint color, the art is made. It is well worth a look. Symbol of the revival of a sense Christchurch.
