  This is a lovely Saturday morning market to come visit. Unlike most other markets in the Christchurch area this one sells only food. There is a split between stalls where there are those that sell produce and other raw products and the second half which sell cooked food. If you are looking for a quick Saturday morning outing, this is a good place to swing by. The prices tend to be competitive to grocery stores during the winter and are usually a bit cheaper in the summer.

  Interesting stalls selling food from burgers to biscuits to honey. Only about 3 stalls selling farm produce. Friendly stall owners offering free tastings and ready to chat. No obligations to buy.
